Octa-Eights are a strong component of your OctaSlider™ workout program. Octa-Eights target your shoulders, triceps, chest and core. Use them as part of your total workout to get ripped and ready to show off your best body ever:

Execution:

  • Set-up on your knees and rise up into a prone, straight-arm plank position with your hands on your OctaSlider™ handles and your feet on the floor.
  • Keeping your hips at shoulder height and your chin down, slide one arm forward and around in a circular motion, returning to the shoulder.
  • Repeat the same motion with your 2nd arm to finish 1 repetition.

Octa-Eights provide dynamic movement targeting your shoulders directly while engaging your core during each motion and repetition.

Progression 1:

Place your feet on your Octa-Pads and incorporate a dual knee tuck after completing each Octa-Eight motion.

Progression 2:

Pace your feet on your Octa-Pads to incorporate a controlled Octa-Pique after completing each Octa-Eight repetition.

Progression 3:
Pace your feet on your Octa-Pads to incorporate a controlled knee tuck and subsequent push-up after completing each Octa-Eight repetition.
