The Octa-Lunge is a great example of a balance based workout that will target your glutes, quads and hamstrings. Lunges focus on your legs, butt and core for stability. Focus and determination will get you through your muscle-burning sets.

Octa-Lunge:

  • Start the Octa-Lunge standing upright with 1 foot planted on the floor and the other foot standing on one Octa-Pad and your hands across your chest.
  • Maintaining your upright posture, slide your working leg back into a lunge, bending your knee and lowering it to the floor.
  • Slide your foot forward go back to the starting position by pulling with the opposite leg.
  • Keep your upper body upright and shoulders pulled back.
  • Focus on posture and balance.
