Video: The OctaSpider

Are you tough enough to try the OctaSpider? This exercise is a hardcore OctaSlider™ movement. Are you up for the challenge? Try it in your next workout:

  • Place hands on the handles
  • Place feet on the ground in a plank position
  • Shift your weight to non-sliding hand, go down into the push-up and slide your hand above your head, extending the elbow
  • Push-up back to starting position
  • Repeat 8 times
